English Courses – Enrolment

You have decided you want to study English at Alana Kaye English College on the Gold Coast in Australia. Not only will you achieve great success through your English study with us, but we will make sure you have an AMAZING time on the Gold Coast.

The English Course application process at Alana Kaye can be completed by either enrolling online or by downloading the Pack 1: Welcome Pack and sending the completed form via email to international@alanakaye.edu.au.

All relevant information on the application process is written below. Please make sure that you have all of the relevant documentation (listed on our website) ready to submit with your application.

English Course Intakes

Alana Kaye English College accepts new students every Monday. Students are required to do orientation on their first day before they can commence their English study.

Enrolment Process

Receive Welcome Pack

You can download the AKEC Welcome Pack from our website.

The Welcome Pack has all the information you need to get started on your AKEC application. It contains:

Once you have completed your application, you can send it through to international@alanakaye.edu.au.

Receive Letter of Offer (LoO) Pack

Once your application has been processed by our admission team, you will receive notice of the outcome. If you are accepted into the course, you will receive a Letter of Offer Pack.

The Letter of Offer Pack includes:

The Letter of Offer will note any conditions of enrolment that need to be met prior to commencing your course of study.

Select OSHC Provider

You must provide evidence of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) which provides medical and hospital insurance while you are in Australia (copy of your insurance card or receipt of payment).

Accept and Pay Initial Invoice

Once you receive your offer you will need to forward the following to Alana Kaye College:

Signed International Student Acceptance Agreement
Copy of receipt of payment of fees
Copy of OSHC
Copy of police check (if required). If you are applying for a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, this is a requirement before you arrive in Australia.

Receive Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Pack

When you have accepted your letter of offer, paid your initial invoice, and arranged your OSHC, you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). With your Confirmation of Enrolment, you can proceed to apply for your Australian Student Visa.

Wait for Visa Approval

Once approved send a copy of your Australian Visa grant letter to Alana Kaye College. We will confirm the date of your orientation and training timetable. Once your student visa has been granted, you can arrange travel to Australia to commence your course of study.
