Rajesh has recently completed his Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability with Alana Kaye College with Alison Boyle as his trainer. He explored this course because of the job opportunities across Australia, particularly in the areas of disability and mental health.

During his course of study he started a casual job as a disability support work, moved to the mental health support sector and has since been able to secure a permanent job with ERMHA-365.

He believes his success in securing a permanent job was largely due to the help and support that he received from Alison, his trainer and Alana Kaye College as his provider. Alison provided a very flexible approach to his study program and worked closely with him to ensure successful completion of the qualification. Alison used updated teaching skills including Role Plays and Group Discussion and provided a very hands on training style.
