Facilitation Skill Set
Course Overview
This skill set provides the necessary skills and knowledge for people facilitating training under supervision in the vocational education and training (VET) sector, who deliver via a face-to-face and in-person delivery model.
This skill set meets the minimum education requirement for individuals facilitating training under supervision in applicable VET legislation, frameworks and/or standards. The skill set is a successor to TAESS00015 Enterprise Trainer and Assessor Skill Set.
These units provide credit towards TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and other qualifications that allow for selection of these units.

Target Group
This skill set is for individuals who work under supervision to train others in the VET sector via a face-to-face and in-person delivery model.
Recognition of Prior Learning
You can apply for RPL if you have the knowledge and skills gained through work, formal study, volunteering, informal or formal training, social activities or general life experiences. If you feel that you may qualify for RPL, please contact our office for further information about the process to demonstrate your experience and knowledge.

Students are required to have access to a computer (or use an Alana Kaye computer) to complete assessment tasks. Alana Kaye are conscious of the environment and where possible, provide resources and assessments through our online learning portal. If possible, please bring a laptop to workshops.
Distance learning students must have access to a computer and internet.
