International Student – Enrolment
You have decided you want to study in Australia - then the time to act is now! We have two great Campuses on the Gold Coast in Queensland and in Darwin in the Northern Territory of Australia.
The international application process at Alana Kaye College can be completed by either enrolling online or by downloading the application form and sending the completed form via email to international@alanakaye.edu.au. All relevant information on the application process can be located within our International Application Process page. Please make sure that you have all of the relevant documentation (listed on our website) ready to submit with your application.
International Intakes
Alana Kaye College accepts student intakes on a weekly basis every Monday.

Entry Requirements
To apply for a course of study at Alana Kaye College, you must meet the following entry requirements:
- You must be over 18 years or older at the time of application
- Evidence of acceptable English language test course as below (or equivalent):

Enrolment Process
Submit Application
Submit the following documents to international@alanakaye.edu.au:
- International student application form
- GS Assessment Form
- Passport (certified true copy of your photo ID page)
- Evidence of English language level (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) (certified true copy)
- Relevant education transcripts, certificates/testamurs or professional qualifications (certified true copies)
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae
- Evidence of financial capacity - offshore applicant
- Copy of current Australian Visa - onshore applicant
- Proof of OSHC - onshore applicant
Receive Letter of Offer
Once your application has been processed by our admission team, you will receive notice of the outcome. If you are accepted into the course an offer, including the following documents, will be made to you:
- Letter of Enrolment Offer and Student Acceptance Agreement
- Name, course, commencement date and duration of the course for which you are offered a place
- Tuition fees and other costs
- Invoice for tuition fees and other costs
The Letter of Offer will note any conditions of enrolment that need to be met prior to commencing your course of study.
Select OSHC Provider
You must provide evidence of Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) which provides medical and hospital insurance while you are in Australia (copy of your insurance card or receipt of payment).
Accept and Pay Initial Invoice
Once you receive your offer you will need to forward the following to Alana Kaye College:
- Signed International Student Acceptance Agreement
- Copy of receipt of payment of fees
- Copy of OSHC
- Copy of police check (if required). If you are applying for a qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, this is a requirement before you arrive in Australia.
Receive Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) Letter
When you have accepted your letter of offer, paid your initial invoice and arranged your OSHC you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). With your Confirmation of Enrolment you can proceed to apply for your Australian Student Visa.
Wait for Visa Approval
Once approved send a copy of your Australian Visa grant letter to Alana Kaye College. We will confirm the date of your orientation and training timetable. Once your student visa has been granted, you can arrange travel to Australia to commence your course of study.
